At Idee-Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be:

In saleable, unused condition
In original packaging with all components included
Returned with any gift or bonus received with the purchase (if applicable)
Not subject to the exclusions listed below

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Items marked as final sale
Assembled furniture that has been used

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@ideehome.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1 business day
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days

Large Item Returns

For furniture and oversized items, please contact us at hello@ideehome.com before shipping anything back. We will coordinate return logistics, provide packaging instructions, and communicate any applicable return shipping fees.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email us at hello@ideehome.com with photos of the defect or damage and your order number.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, you have the right to receive products that are as described and free from defects.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Change of Address

Address changes must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. Email hello@ideehome.com with the subject line "CHANGE OF ADDRESS".
