Idee-Home Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, and other factors.

Large & Oversized Items

Furniture and oversized items may require freight or specialized shipping. For these items:

  • Delivery times may range from 7-21 business days depending on your location
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships
  • Delivery is to your doorstep (curbside delivery). In-home delivery or assembly services are not included unless otherwise noted in the product listing
  • Please inspect all packages upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders — check the product page or our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Idee-Home ships to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, though additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply). We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello@ideehome.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at hello@ideehome.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
